Tohle v\u0161echno si m\u016f\u017eete doma ud\u011blat, ani\u017e byste vlastnili p\u00e1kov\u00fd k\u00e1vovar s tryskou na ml\u00e9ko. Krom\u011b mali\u010dk\u00e9ho pomocn\u00edka, kter\u00fd se vejde do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u0161upl\u00edku, je ale t\u0159eba to trochu um\u011bt. Proto jsme s lektorkou kurz\u016f (nejen) latte artu dali dohromady tipy a informace o tom, jak na tu nejnad\u00fdchan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dnou p\u011bnu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img src=\"https:\/\/hotelhouse.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/DS_latteart-10_mala-1024x741.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3186\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e1kadlem ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f na espressu jako jsou latte, flat white nebo cappuccino, je jejich hladkost a sladk\u00e1 chu\u0165. Za ty vd\u011b\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b na\u0161lehan\u00e9mu ml\u00e9ku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eP\u0159esn\u011bji za ni vd\u011b\u010d\u00ed tuk\u016fm obsa\u017een\u00fdm v ml\u00e9ce, kter\u00e9 jsou nositeli chuti, a b\u00edlkovin\u00e1m, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm mikrop\u011bna dr\u017e\u00ed, proto\u017ee se navazuj\u00ed na bublinky vzduchu,\u201c&nbsp;<strong>uv\u00e1d\u00ed do ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 teorie Tereza Bal\u00e1, baristka a \u0161kolitelka kurz\u016f latte artu v pra\u017e\u00edrn\u011b doubleshot<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img src=\"https:\/\/hotelhouse.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/DS_latteart-1_mala-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3183\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Jak\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNejl\u00e9pe se \u0161lehaj\u00ed a z na\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161enosti i nejl\u00e9pe chutnaj\u00ed plnotu\u010dn\u00e1 ml\u00e9ka upraven\u00e1 \u0161etrnou pasterizac\u00ed, tedy ta s ozna\u010den\u00edm \u201e\u010derstv\u00e1\u201d. S trvanliv\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem bude pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce snaz\u0161\u00ed, ov\u0161em tato ml\u00e9ka zase dost p\u0159eb\u00edj\u00ed chu\u0165 k\u00e1vy. Pro skv\u011bl\u00e9 cappuccino, latte nebo flat white pot\u0159ebujete ml\u00e9ko vy\u0161lehat do mikrop\u011bny \u2013 jednolit\u00e9, hladk\u00e9 a tekut\u00e9 konzistence p\u011bny s mikroskopick\u00fdmi bublinkami, kter\u00e1 dr\u017e\u00ed i prom\u00edchan\u00e1 n\u011bkolik minut. Jen ta se dokonale spoj\u00ed s espressem a d\u00e1 mu sladkost a lehkost. A nen\u00ed t\u0159eba pak n\u00e1poj sladit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A tady nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed v dom\u00e1cnostech zpravidla dva probl\u00e9my:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Mikrop\u011bny doc\u00edl\u00edte jen s parn\u00ed tryskou, kterou ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 doma. Nezvl\u00e1dnou ji b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 bateriov\u00e9 \u0161leha\u010de, ani ml\u00e9kova\u010de u kapslov\u00fdch k\u00e1vovar\u016f. Ty z ml\u00e9ka vy\u0161lehaj\u00ed p\u011bnu, ale v\u011bt\u0161inou takovou, \u017ee naho\u0159e m\u00e1te suchou, docela pevnou vrstvu a pod n\u00ed tepl\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, jen lehce nap\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9. Pro spojen\u00ed s n\u00e1pojem pak mus\u00edte p\u011bnu rozb\u00edt zam\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm, jinak se p\u011bna s espressem nepropoj\u00ed a chut\u011b k\u00e1vy a ml\u00e9ka z\u016fstanou v n\u00e1poji odd\u011blen\u00e9.
