Hned po vod\u011b je k\u00e1va nejkonzumovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1pojem na sv\u011bt\u011b a jen m\u00e1lo kdo si dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159edstavit sv\u016fj den bez \u0161\u00e1lku t\u00e9to lahodn\u00e9 tekutiny. Ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 konzumace k\u00e1vy obrovsk\u00fd boom a s&nbsp;rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vkou p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 i po\u010det lok\u00e1ln\u00edch pra\u017e\u00edren. Pra\u017een\u00ed k\u00e1vy v\u0161ak nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e1 discipl\u00edna a z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed v\u017edy na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pra\u017e\u00edrn\u011b, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na umu samotn\u00e9ho pra\u017ei\u010de, jakou chu\u0165 bude nakonec jeho k\u00e1va m\u00edt. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na kombinaci mnoha prom\u011bnn\u00fdch, ale pokud je ona kombinace spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 a dojde k&nbsp;souzn\u011bn\u00ed s&nbsp;va\u0161\u00ed chut\u00ed, pozn\u00e1te to hned v&nbsp;moment prvn\u00edho usrknut\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.gastrohouse.cz\/tmp\/11082_0_800_1569877690.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u011bco m\u00e1lo z historie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle historik\u016f je kol\u00e9bkou k\u00e1vy oblast dne\u0161n\u00ed Etiopie, kde byla podle dochovan\u00fdch zdroj\u016f objevena v&nbsp;9. stolet\u00ed na\u0161eho letopo\u010dtu. Prvn\u00ed k\u00e1va byla vyvezena do dal\u0161\u00edch oblast\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak do Jemenu, v&nbsp;obdob\u00ed 13. stolet\u00ed. A je\u0161t\u011b dnes m\u016f\u017eeme v Etiopii narazit na divoce rostouc\u00ed ke\u0159e k\u00e1vovn\u00edku. V&nbsp;po\u010d\u00e1tku se na p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00e1vovn\u00edk\u016f zam\u011b\u0159oval p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm Arabsk\u00fd poloostrov, kde bylo p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1no k\u00e1vu vyv\u00e1\u017eet do jin\u00fdch oblast\u00ed. Do Evropy se k\u00e1vov\u00e1 zrna dostala d\u00edky Holan\u010fan\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed je tajn\u011b vyvezli z&nbsp;Jemenu. N\u00e1sledn\u011b se p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00e1vovn\u00edku roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ilo do cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta v\u010detn\u011b Braz\u00edlie, kter\u00e1 se stala k\u00e1vovou velmoc\u00ed a svoje prvenstv\u00ed jako producenta k\u00e1vy si dr\u017e\u00ed dodnes. Pop\u00edjen\u00ed k\u00e1vy se stalo na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, d\u00edky sv\u00fdm jedine\u010dn\u00fdm vlastnostem, z\u00e1libou a sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nejednoho spole\u010densk\u00e9ho ritu\u00e1l\u016f. V&nbsp;Praze byla prvn\u00ed kav\u00e1rna otev\u0159ena v&nbsp;roce 1714.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.gastrohouse.cz\/tmp\/11093_0_800_1569877693.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Jak k\u00e1va ovliv\u0148uje na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e1vu lze v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b pova\u017eovat za fenom\u00e9n, na kter\u00fd se velmi \u010dasto up\u00edr\u00e1 pozornost p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve spojitosti s&nbsp;na\u0161\u00edm zdrav\u00edm. Star\u0161\u00ed studie tvrdily, \u017ee je k\u00e1va nezdrav\u00e1, kofein ucp\u00e1v\u00e1 tepny a zvy\u0161uje se tak riziko mrtvice nebo infarktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch informac\u00ed v\u0161ak k\u00e1va \u0161kodliv\u00e1 nen\u00ed, ba naopak. V\u011bdci z Queen Mary University of London ve sv\u00e9 studii zkoumali vliv kofeinu na zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka na vzorku 8&nbsp;000 osob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00fdsledek? K\u00e1va nem\u00e1 \u0161kodliv\u00fd vliv na zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed nekonzumuj\u00ed k\u00e1vu v\u016fbec nebo si daj\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b jeden \u0161\u00e1lek denn\u011b, maj\u00ed stejn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky jako ti, kte\u0159\u00ed konzumuj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky kofeinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokonce bylo v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci studie zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee si m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk dop\u0159\u00e1t a\u017e 20 \u0161\u00e1lk\u016f k\u00e1vy, ani\u017e by to m\u011blo vliv na jeho zdravotn\u00ed stav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.gastrohouse.cz\/tmp\/11099_0_800_1569877696.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>O La Gare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Restaurace La Gare navazuje na Brasserii La Gare, kter\u00e1 byla od sv\u00e9ho zalo\u017een\u00ed v roce 2009 pova\u017eov\u00e1na za hlavn\u00edho p\u0159edstavitele francouzsk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b u n\u00e1s.
